1. Who you are buying from
This website and the digital files sold on it are published by Milan Stanojkovikj, an individual trading as a sole trader under the name Hidden Truth Files, of Kumanovo, North Macedonia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Milan Stanojkovikj. "You" means the person buying.

2. Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), trading as Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase made through this website. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and provides customer service for billing enquiries. Their descriptor, LEMSQZY* STORE, not this website, is what appears on your bank or card statement.
We never see, receive or store your card details.
3. What you are buying
We sell digital files in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Two editions are offered:

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. Neither edition is a subscription and there is nothing to cancel. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are, and the total is shown to you before you pay.
Page counts, contents and file lists shown on this website describe the files as they are at the time of purchase. We may revise and improve the files over time.
4. How the files are delivered
After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. The link is issued for your order.
If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send your files directly. We do not treat a delivery problem as your fault, and we do not use it as a reason to refuse a refund.
5. What you may and may not do with the files
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. The same licence is printed inside each file.
You may
- Read the files on any device you own.
- Keep them indefinitely and make backup copies for your own use.
- Print a copy for your own personal use.
You may not
- Copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share or transmit the files, in whole or in part.
- Use the files or any part of them for commercial purposes.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, licence text or attribution.
- Publish the files or extracts from them anywhere publicly accessible.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the files remain with us. Third-party names and trademarks referred to inside the files remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.
7. The nature of the content
The files sold here examine historical records, documented events, reported claims, disputed interpretations, cultural beliefs and unexplained phenomena, for informational and educational purposes. Including a claim or theory in a file is not an endorsement or confirmation of its accuracy.
Nothing sold here is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You should verify information independently and consult an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
8. Availability of this website
We try to keep this website and the download service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or either edition at any time. Doing so does not affect files you have already bought.
9. Our liability
The files are supplied as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the files. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the files in question.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Changes are not applied retroactively to purchases already made.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in, and nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings there.
