Refund Policy

You have 30 days to change your mind. If you ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email support@hiddentruthfiles.site from the address you used to buy, and write the word "refund". That is all that is required.
Your receipt from Lemon Squeezy also has an order number — quote it if you have it, though it is not required.
What happens next
- Your request is acknowledged within one business day.
- The refund is approved and sent to Lemon Squeezy for processing.
- Lemon Squeezy returns the full amount to your original payment method. Banks typically take 3 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.
The amount refunded
You receive the full amount you paid, including any tax or VAT charged at checkout. No processing fee, handling fee or administration fee is deducted.
Keeping the files
You are not asked to delete or return the files you downloaded. The licence granted to you ends when the refund is issued, and the files remain yours to keep as a matter of practicality.
After 30 days
Requests made after 30 days are considered individually. Write to the address above and explain the situation.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. The 30-day policy above is offered in addition to that right and is more generous than the law requires.
