This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or buy from it, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Milan Stanojkovikj, trading as Hidden Truth Files, of Kumanovo, North Macedonia, is the data controller.

We never receive your card number, CVV or bank details. Payment details are collected and held by Lemon Squeezy and never pass through this website.
3. Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only as needed to do its job.
- Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), trading as Lemon Squeezy — merchant of record. Processes your payment, calculates tax, sends receipts and handles billing enquiries. Lemon Squeezy is a data controller in its own right for payment data. See their privacy notice.
- Our email delivery provider — sends the email containing your download link.
- Our hosting and file storage provider — serves this website and stores the files you download.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and measurement
This website sets no advertising cookies of its own. Lemon Squeezy's checkout sets the cookies it needs to process your payment securely.
If we run advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, we may use their measurement tools to see whether an advert led to a purchase. Where that applies, a consent banner appears on your first visit and nothing is loaded until you agree. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies.
5. Why we are allowed to hold it
- To perform our contract with you — delivering the files you paid for and dealing with refunds.
- To meet a legal obligation — keeping tax and accounting records.
- Our legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and preventing fraud.
- Your consent — for any advertising measurement, and for marketing email if you ever opt in.
6. How long we keep it
- Order records: seven years, as tax law requires.
- Download links: expire shortly after issue.
- Email correspondence: two years after your last message.
- Technical logs: no more than 12 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Send your data to you or another provider in a portable form.
- Withdraw consent, at any time, where consent is what we relied on.
Email support@hiddentruthfiles.site and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
8. Where your data goes
Our service providers may process data outside North Macedonia and outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they do so under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
